Where to dance bachata in Valencia
Bachata in Valencia runs on a near-nightly clock. Tuesdays belong to Martes de Bachata at Guarapo Valencia, Wednesdays to the Wednesdays' Akuarela Party, Thursdays to La Casa del Baile Thursday Social. Then the weekend stacks up: El Son De Los Viernes opens Friday on Avinguda de l'Equador, Saturdays split between Glow Party, Sábados Elegantes and Fiesta Caribeña en BANDIDO on Carrer Serrano Morales, and Sundays offer three choices — El Social Domingos, SuperSalseros – Domingos en Akuarela, and Domingo Salsa & Bachata at Sala Moon Valencia. Valencia draws one of Spain's most international bachata crowds, with floors filling from the city centre out toward the port and beach side, so a traveling dancer can land on any day and find a social that same night.
Martes de Bachata at Guarapo Valencia
Tuesday's bachata-first night: Guarapo Valencia gives the style its own weekday slot, then hands the floor to Glow Party on Saturdays.
The Avinguda de l'Equador weekend
El Son De Los Viernes, Sábados Elegantes and El Social Domingos run Friday through Sunday at the same address on Av. de l'Equador — three nights where bachata shares the floor with salsa and kizomba.
Sundays, three ways
Close the week with El Social Domingos, SuperSalseros – Domingos en Akuarela, or Domingo Salsa & Bachata at Sala Moon Valencia — three Sunday socials with bachata on the program.
Saturday: Glow Party and Fiesta Caribeña
Glow Party takes over Guarapo Valencia while Fiesta Caribeña en BANDIDO fills a dance floor on Carrer Serrano Morales — two Saturday picks mixing bachata and salsa sets.
Salsa in Valencia
Most of these floors switch between styles all night — and Valencia currently lists even more salsa socials than bachata ones. See the salsa side of the week.
