How the dance week runs in Ukraine
Kyiv runs a full social dance week — Urban Kiz Monday, El Fuego on Tuesdays, the International Latin Party by Rita Social Club on Wednesdays, Latinsky Party on Thursdays, then Casa Latina and DePo Salsa Party carrying the weekend into Terrace Sunset Party on Sunday. Bachata and salsa share top billing nationwide, with kizomba a strong third and smaller tango and zouk pockets. The community has kept dancing through everything the past few years have thrown at it, so evenings tend to start early and wrap before curfew. Outside the capital, Kharkiv gathers for Sensual Party on Sundays, Ternopil holds the SDC Saturday Party, and Lviv keeps its own bachata and salsa nights going.
