From Blloku to the Murat Toptani promenade

Tirana packs its social parties into a few walkable blocks. Blloku — the ex-elite quarter turned bar district — carries most of the week: Latin Nights hits Rruga Pjetër Bogdani on Wednesdays, Latin Festive Weekend runs Friday and Saturday on Rruga Vaso Pasha, and Sunday Latin Night winds things down on Rruga Ibrahim Rugova, while a second Sunday party, Latin Night, runs out on Kavaja Street. Tuesdays belong to the centre: Lalma Latina turns the Shëtitorja Murat Toptani — the tree-lined promenade along the castle walls — into an open-air bachata and salsa social, and Ritmo Latino and Dine pairs dinner with dancing. Tango holds its own slot too, at the Thursday Tango Practica at 5678 DANCE STUDIO. The music leans bachata and salsa nearly everywhere, so a single week in Tirana covers most of Albania's calendar.
