The Sandpit — a free, open-air Sunday social on the lawns of the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre, Perth, every Sunday through the summer season (roughly October to May). A beginner-friendly lesson at 16:00, then salsa, bachata and kizomba social dancing from 17:00 to 20:00 with the sunset behind the stage; food trucks on site. Wristband entry (a few dollars). All levels welcome, no partner needed. Dates and the season end are weather- and council-dependent — check the organiser's Instagram before heading out.
