Salsa Fridays Copenhagen

In summer (June 6–Aug 15), the event moves outdoors to Fælledparken (Dansepladsen), otherwise it’s held at Kedelhallen in Frederiksberg. Evenings begin with a beginner-friendly salsa intro class from 9:00 PM to 9:45 PM (indoors) or 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM (outdoors), followed by open social dancing—including salsa, timba, son cubano, and Dominican bachata—until around 2:00 AM (indoors) or 10:00 PM (outdoors). DJs provide live music, and refreshments like mojitos are available. Entrance price is typically 80 DKK (60 DKK with student ID) indoors; summer outdoor sessions are free with optional donations welcomed to support the event.
